Nick Sawyer is an award-winning director with over 30 years of experience in commercial filmmaking, feature films, and music videos. Known for his innovative approach and cinematic precision, Nick has received multiple CAD and D&AD awards and is recognised as a global leader in the new wave of food, liquids, and special effects directing. He began his career in music videos, working on iconic projects such as The White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army,” Radiohead’s “Creep,” R.E.M.’s “Animal,” Jane’s Addiction’s “Just Because,” and Anastacia’s “You’ll Never Be Alone.” Originally working as a Director of Photography, he also directed for artists including Cypress Hill (“Phuncky Feel One”), among many others. In parallel, he contributed to the camera and SFX departments on major feature films like Aliensand A View to a Kill. His visually striking and technically precise work has made him a trusted collaborator for many of the world’s top brands, including McDonald’s, Boots, Domino’s, Häagen-Dazs, Heinz, KFC, Nestlé, Pizza Hut, Schwartz, Subway and many more.
